Terms and Conditions

DELIVERY INFORMATION 

We currently deliver nationwide but we can provide a quote for shipping where international delivery is required. 

All orders are picked, packed and dispatched within approximately 7 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays) via UK Royal Mail. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. 

United Kingdom Delivery 

Our standard delivery cost consists of packaging and Royal Mail’s 2nd class delivery which should be delivered within 3-4 working days once dispatched.

International Delivery

RETURNS

Personalised Items 

We are unable to accept returns on our customised and personalised items, unless the item is incorrect or faulty. If your item should be faulty you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return these goods within 14 days. Once the goods have been received you will be issued with a replacement within 14 days.

Repairs and replacements 

If you should receive an item and later discover a fault, this will be repaired or replaced. In the unlikely event this should happen you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the goods to us within 14 days. Once the goods have been received, we will endeavour to either repair or replace the item within 14 days. 

You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund providing you notify a Style Obsessed representative stating you wish to do so within 14 days of receipt of goods. You can contact us via @_styleobsessed on Instagram or email toinfo@styleobsessed.co.uk to notify us of this and you will then have 14 days to return your product to us for a full refund providing the item packaging and tags are intact and the item is in new condition with no signs of wear or damage. Once received your refund will then be processed within 14 days and issue your refund via your original method of payment. 

Please note Style Obsessed will refund the cost of the item(s) ordered only and not the associated delivery or return carrier charges.

Exchanges 

We are able offer exchanges, however, stock is not guaranteed until your original item has been received. The buyer will be responsible for the postage cost of both the returned item and the new item sent out as an exchange. To guarantee stock of an item for exchange, it is advisable to return the original item for a refund and re-order the desired item online. Should the item for exchange be of a higher or lower value than the original this will be invoiced/refunded accordingly.
